Drama I & II Classes

Drama I is offered during 4th hour and covers theatre craft, history, and practice. Each week of classroom instruction combines academic education and hands-on drama practice. Drama II is offered 6th hour and covers theatrical interpretation and digital filmmaking.

CHS Players

This extracurricular organization supports the theatre arts in our high school.

The CHS Players attended a production of "The Grapes of Wrath" at Avila University on November 14th, 2007.

The CHS Players presented "Black(out) Comedy" in the PAC on November 9-10, 2007.

The CHS Players presented "Courage and Love: the George & Erika Mandler Story" on April 10-13 to sold-out crowds. Thank you, Chillicothe and surrounding communities, for your overwhelming support.

The CHS Players will present "The Sound of Music" November 13-16, 2008.

The CHS Players will attend Avila University's production of "Hamlet" on November 19.

The CHS Players will see "The Phantom of the Opera" at the Kansas City Music Hall on April 9!!!
